Ex-Military Plans To Exploit Vets With PTSD At Standing Rock

Ex-military veterans that have answered Wes Clark Jr.’s call to deploy as a “non-violent” militia, are beginning to arrive at the “Green Warrior Camp” being staged at Fort Yates. They are named after the “Red Warrior Camp”, which was recently disbanded and kicked out by a unanimous vote by Standing Rock Tribal Council.

Wes Clark Jr., son of General Wesley Clark, is a co-host at the leftist “news” organization The Young Turks Network (TYT), which has been peddling a stream of coverage of the Standing Rock anti-pipeline camps, much of which misrepresents key facts. Clark and several other TYT colleagues have raised almost a million dollars in donations, and generated untold advertising revenue from increased traffic for the Young Turks website. Some suggest that this is all a play to boost Clark’s profile on TYT and set the stage for a future run for political office. Certainly, everything he does here will earn him plenty of radical leftist street cred.

“Most civilians who’ve never served in a uniform are gutless worms who’ve never been in a fight in their life,” Wes Clark Jr. declares. “So if we don’t stop it, who will?”

According to one of our sources, Wes Clark and TYT are planning on exploiting any participating veterans that are psychologically unstable or have verified diagnosis of PTSD. They will be used as “front-line direct action elements, in staged incidents designed to antagonize and provoke law enforcement into a response.” Of course there will be heavy video camera coverage to get this on tape and continue to demonize law enforcement.

The deployment “event” is scheduled to start December 5th, but our source believes that the main “kinetic and non-kinetic” actions will be made this weekend to cause a significant media focus to be shifted on the side of the protesters because of the actions taken and anticipated law enforcement response. This is expected to involve direct action against law enforcement, likely using confiscated weapons that will be provided by more radical members of the Camp (including those from the disbanded Red Warrior and other radical eco-terrorists clamoring for more action):

The militia leadership (Wesley Clark Jr. and his lieutenants) will filter and identify more psychologically unstable veterans with claims of PTSD, and use them as a frontline direct-action element.

Afterwards, the leadership will claim plausible deniability based on the mental state of the veterans, hoping they break. Our source also stated that these veterans will be placed in the front line, just before the women and children, guaranteeing a more dramatic media emotional effect. This will further demonize law enforcement with perceived aggression against veterans and women and children. These activites are likely be used at the Backwater Bridge site.

At the same time, other veterans singled out for “special ops” will conduct raids and penetrate the DAPL sites. Clark and his cronies plan to stage this as the veterans “Selma” in an attempt to draw parallels to MLK and civil rights.

Green Warrior Camp is receiving generators for light and fuel, food and clothing is provided through donations.

Our source believes that most vets participating in the militia have honest intentions to protect the protesters, as they have been fed a lot of misinformation by Clark and The Young Turk Network. However, that is not the true goal or timeline of the operation, which seems to be earlier than expected for their “secret” operations planned for this weekend.

Our take on all of this:

Wes Clark has a real Courtney Massengale complex based on raw ambition, lack of character, and narcissistic delusions of grandeur. Wes, Michael, and others from The Young Turks Network are bad enough for exploiting the #nodapl pipeline protests and publishing severely misleading “news” articles. But to go so far as to take almost a million dollars in donations to scam decent ex-military vets to “deploy” in a “militia” to “protect” Native American “water protectors” and really pull on the heart strings…and then target those honorable men and women to put them on the “front-lines” hoping that they trigger and get into a violent confrontation with police, is worse than absolutely disgusting.

His father, Ret. General Wesley Clark, has not spoken out or given a statement on the actions of his son. There is no honor here, only ambition of the worst and weakest kind. Clark’s militia is the personification of a false flag. We can only hope and pray that Clark’s attempts here fizzle out and the vast amounts of money they raised will ultimately find their way to benefit members of Standing Rock Tribe or Veterans in real need. We hope someone will ultimately hold them accountable for the money.

UPDATE: Several sources have suggested that the Department of Justice and Department of Defense are looking into potential sedition charges against Wes Clark Jr. and his co-conspirator Michael A. Wood Jr. It is likely that one or both (and others) could be recalled back to active duty and immediately undergo court-martial. According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Article 94:

(a) “Any person subject to this chapter who–

(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuse, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;

(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;

(3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.

(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.”

The UCMJ is pretty clear here, no bones about it. Further, while Wes Clark and Michael Wood are the de facto leaders here, all other veterans participating in this “militia” and any violence or disturbance of law enforcement executing their duties, are all subject to (a)(3)…”failing to do his utmost to prevent and suppress”.

Sedition requires a concert of action in resistance to civil authority. (This differs from mutiny by creating violence or disturbance.)  This is very serious business, and on top of other potential issues around joining a militia supporting a sovereign nation in conflict with the US Government, which could result in loss of US Citizenship and almost guaranteed loss of any security clearances.

Note: We have not been able to verify if either Government agency is doing anything about this, much less aware of what is happening. Having said that, the UCMJ is pretty clear and it looks to us like this is a real risk for Clark and his cronies, as well as a lot of misguided veterans that think they are doing the right thing, unaware they are being played to fit a narrative.

Note 2: We share a deep and abiding respect for all veterans and thank them for their service. We also respect the Tribes involved here. However we cannot endorse violence, radical anti-government agendas, hateful racist speech and actions, and least of all, taking advantage of innocent people with lies and obfuscation for hidden agendas.

Other veteran groups are beginning to speak out against Wes Clark’s misguided attempts
